These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tf77 website, available at tf77.ws, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish games, and all other gaming products offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between tf77 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform ("Player", "you", "your"). By accessing the Platform, creating a tf77 account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

tf77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current version.

Access to and use of the tf77 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering a tf77 account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tf77 maintains a strict minimum age policy. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country or region of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not as an agent, employee or representative of any third party or commercial entity.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from the tf77 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by tf77 for breach of terms, fraudulent conduct, or any other reason.

tf77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to proof of age, proof of identity (national ID, passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

To access the full functionality of the tf77 Platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information. The following conditions apply to all tf77 accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one active tf77 account. Duplicate accounts detected by tf77 will be suspended without notice, and any balances held across all associated accounts will be forfeited.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration. If your contact details change, you must update your account information promptly. tf77 is not liable for service failures or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.
• You must keep your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. tf77 will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where credentials have been shared by the account holder.
• tf77 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account-associated rights to another person under any circumstances.

tf77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. This may include requesting additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Cooperation with EDD requests is a condition of continued access to the Platform.

tf77 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tf77:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tf77 does not impose a fixed maximum deposit limit, though individual transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account status.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. tf77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, different wallets, or payment methods not registered under the Player's verified identity.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes from the time the withdrawal request is submitted and approved. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. tf77 will communicate any delay to the Player via the account support channel.
• tf77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, tf77 may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.
• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay are credited to the Player's tf77 account balance in real time upon successful transfer. tf77 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own systems or network conditions.

All funds deposited into a tf77 account must be sourced from a payment method that is legally owned by, and registered in the name of, the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on tf77, is strictly prohibited.

tf77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time a bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Players with verified accounts in good standing who have made at least one qualifying deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• tf77 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or collusion. In such cases, any winnings generated from the affected bonus will be voided.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at any given time. Welcome bonuses are strictly available to new Players making their first deposit and may only be claimed once per verified identity, household address and payment method.
• Bonus credit and real-money funds in a Player's account are kept as separate balances. Real-money funds are always wagered first unless the Player has opted specifically to use bonus funds. When wagering bonus funds, contribution rates vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, outright betting, and in-play betting activity conducted through the tf77 Platform:

• All bets placed on tf77 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed. Players are advised to review their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface and may vary by sport, market type, event, and the Player's account tier. tf77 reserves the right to alter stake limits without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds — whether caused by a human data-entry mistake or a technical fault — tf77 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and to settle those bets at the correct market odds, or to cancel and refund the bets entirely at tf77's discretion.
• tf77 makes every effort to ensure that event results and market settlements are accurate and timely. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the Player must raise the dispute with tf77 support within 72 hours of the market settling. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event at tf77's discretion, particularly where there is a delay in receiving reliable event data. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled in accordance with the official result of the event. tf77 does not accept liability for bets that a Player intended to place but was unable to due to a market suspension.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the tf77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to access or interact with the Platform, place bets, participate in games, or complete account actions.
• Colluding with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, exploiting bonus structures, or gaining an unfair financial advantage through coordinated betting patterns.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error, software glitch, display bug or pricing error on the Platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided regardless of whether the error was reported.
• Using the tf77 Platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming intent, or structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Registering more than one account, using another person's account, or providing false personal information including false age declarations. tf77 carries out identity and age verification checks and will take enforcement action against accounts found to have provided false information.

tf77 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in enforcement action proportionate to the severity of the breach. tf77 cooperates with payment service providers and law enforcement agencies in cases involving suspected financial crime or fraud.

tf77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to helping Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible to all registered Players at any time:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time reminders: Players may activate session time notifications that alert them when they have been playing for a specified period. These reminders do not automatically end a session — the Player retains full control.
• Cooling-off period: Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period during which their account will be restricted to withdrawals only — no deposits or bets will be accepted. Cooling-off periods are available in durations of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling on tf77 permanently or for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion. A self-excluded account will be closed immediately and the Player will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected.

tf77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6, failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, or provision of false information at registration or during verification.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime, pending investigation. During an investigation, the account balance may be frozen. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the account and balance will be reinstated.
• At the Player's own request — including self-exclusion requests, account closure requests, and requests made through tf77 support. Player-initiated closures will be actioned within one business day.
• Extended periods of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, bet or withdrawal for a continuous period of 12 months. tf77 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Player before closing an inactive account. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Where an account is suspended or terminated as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, tf77 may forfeit any or all of the balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where a Player disputes a suspension or termination decision, they may contact tf77 support at [email protected] to initiate a formal review.

All content available on the tf77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, data compilations and all other material — is the property of tf77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute or sublicence any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works from Platform content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or (d) use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection method against the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of tf77's intellectual property — including reproduction of any Platform content for commercial purposes, use of the tf77 brand or logo without written permission, or creation of any derivative product based on Platform content — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact tf77 at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tf77 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings; loss of business, contracts or goodwill; any indirect, consequential or special loss — in each case whether or not tf77 was advised of the possibility of such loss at the time the relevant activity was carried out.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, event data, game rules descriptions or promotional material. tf77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that all information is free from error at all times.
• Any service interruption, platform unavailability, data loss or technical failure resulting from circumstances beyond tf77's reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, mobile network outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.

tf77 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at tf77.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the tf77 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. tf77 does not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for the operation of the Platform (including payment processing, fraud prevention and identity verification services), or as required by applicable law. tf77 reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time. Where tf77 determines that a change is material — for example, a change that significantly affects Players' rights or obligations — tf77 will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a notification to registered account holders. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact details) may be made without notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at tf77.ws/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to check this page periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact tf77 support at [email protected] to arrange closure of your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and tf77 arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through tf77's internal dispute resolution process. A dispute may be raised by contacting tf77 support at [email protected] with a written description of the complaint and the resolution sought. tf77 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 5 business days and will provide a reasoned response within 30 business days. tf77 does not accept any liability for disputes or claims that are not notified within the limitation periods described in Section 5 (Betting Rules) or as otherwise specified in these Terms.
